The best love story



Ever wondered which love story is the best? 

Today I was watching the movie Pompeii (Just became a Jon Snow fan and hence watching all his work. BTW Jon Snow is a game of thrones character and if you don't know what that is, I feel sorry for you) and in the end he and the girl he loves, die, holding each other and having their first kiss, carved into stone ash.

I mean dude Pompeii, volcano eruption, everyone dies, should have remembered history and shouldn't have watched some sad ending sh*t. Always screws up my mind, but whatever, too late now.

Anyways, after 2 hours of crazy weeping and still under depression, I began wondering, what is the best love story that there can ever be?

Is it the one in which they both die together after meeting each other and living an eternity in those fleeting little moments till death do them part?  For in death, they will be in a place where no one can keep them apart anymore.

Or is it that one, were they grow old together, senile and fighting, but at the end of the day love conquers all? Knowing anything and everything, fighting the world together, making love, children, grandchildren. In short, increasing earth population and stuff.

Sure, there are versions of both, but in the end it's the same thing. I don't really know which is the best one, where they had the spark and lived it all in a moment while it lasted or stayed together till they grew tired of each other and fell in love again and again.

Anyhow, I don't know the best of the two, but I sure as hell know the worst of them all and that is the one in which one of them dies and the other one has to live on just because they made a stupid promise that they won't do anything stupid (like suicide and sh*t). The one who is alive can't even say that we live under the same sky or move on because there is this constant fear that what if I lose this one too.

I can't even fathom the thought of falling in love with another man, because that would be a betrayal to the one I loved or so I think. Also, I can move on but I don't really want to. I mean what kind of love I had for him if I can't stay loyal to that one man even in death?

Anyway, that's me, but what do you think is the best love story or the worst one?

What is true love...to you?

"Love is an open door, with you!" True love happens in the blink of an eye. It will come to you, you just have to wait. But what if the other person is also thinking the same and we both end up waiting forever or worse, end up with someone wrong and ruin four happy lives. Romantic movies have led us to believe that true love is this and that, it happens with the person you find the most beautiful  pretty and hence has resulted in people becoming obsessed with beauty(of the outside rather than inside) and all things materialistic. At the end of the day, you have to live with a person and their personality, not their beauty. Sure, people can be pretty but that doesn't define the fact that they should date pretty. Lying: In the end, it doesn't even matter

One thing, I don't know why, it doesn't even matter how much you lie coz  keep that in mind that in the end it will all come out. This is for all the little Pinocchios out there who love to lie. Be it asking to go out for a sleepover at friends aka going to raves and rock concerts or just saying, I am a regular gym visitor. We have all lied at one point or the other in our lives. Lying is a habit that you just can't quit. It can be good and it can be bad. Lying is only good if you are saving someone's life but in the end that also is going to come back at you.
